Notelets for sale

 

 

 

 

The DRCS is a registered charity and can only survive through the donations and general support of those using the service and the people in the area.

The Friends of DRCS is a fundraising committee of volunteers.  The Friends organise events and other activities to raise money and awareness for the service.

26 gardens open to view, scarecrow competition, plant sales, cake sales, activities for children, cream teas  Proceeds to Derwent Rural Counselling Service and St. Leonard’s Church

DRCS Annual Shopping Fair – Presents and More
Wednesday and Thursday 6th and 7th October 2010
Organised by the Friends Fundraising Committee, featuring a carefully selected array of attractive stalls with items suitable for all purses.  This was a very enjoyable and successful event last year.  Held again in the pleasant surroundings of The Maynard, Grindleford

DRCS Comic Revue
Saturday 13th November 2010 at the Medway in Bakewell
Friday 26th November 2010 at the Ashover Parish Hall

Six years on, Val Kenning is directing another Comic Revue for DRCS.  If it’s anything like the last one, it will be hugely entertaining!

Postcard Art Notelets
Many artists gave the copyright of the post cards exhibited in 2004 to the DRCS and so we had a selection printed as notelets. We still have a good stock of these, as you may well have run out of  ‘thank you’ notelets, please take advantage of our sale offer of £3.50 per pack of 10.
